normal response time is within 1-2 business hours, excluding
holidays, of your sumission.
During especially heavy support periods, our normal response time
can rise to 4
business hours from the time of your submission.
Trial or Demo Users

Two FREE (2) incidents
We provide two (2) free incidents of support for Trial or Demo
users using our software for the first time. Our support
team, at their descretion, may offer additional free incidents
of support, determined by them, on a case-by-case basis.
Licensed Users
- 60 day Support
Customers who have purchased our software receive 60 days of
Free support. It is doubtful you would need support after
this period.
- Free Bug Fixes
Customers receive Free Bug fixes for the lifetime of the
revision. Once a new version of the software is released,
customers are expected to upgrade.
- Free 60 day Upgrade/Update
protection
Customers who have purchased our software, receive 60 days of
Free upgrade or update protection for New Functionality
Releases. If you purchase our software, and we release a
new version of software that has new features within 60 days of
your purchase, you receive the new updated version for Free.
